1). On the Administration page, Go to the Settings section

2). Click on Widgets
3). On the top right of the page click on ADD WIDGET
4). Type the Widget name
5.) Choose File and add a widget image
6). Type a Subtext
7). If you are using Custom HTML click the box Use Custome HTML
8). At the end of the page, Click SAVE or Save and Continuing editing if you want to make more modifications
